Siskin is a very enthusiastic hunter, and tries hard to please her people in the field. She gets along well with our other dogs and is a very loving and affectionate dog.

She scored 139 points and earned a Prize III in NAVHDA’s UPT in 2007, and 102 points with a Prize III in NA in 2005. We’re planning to run Siskin in the VHDF’s demanding Performance Evaluation at some point. She hunts Hungarian Partridge, Sharp-Tailed and Ruffed Grouse, Pheasants, a wide variety of waterfowl all over Saskatchewan.

Siskin was evaluated by the German LM breed warden, and was rated as Very Good for both coat and conformation – in short, she is a gorgeous and very well put together girl!
