Uno is a character – he’s a very exuberant and happy dog. He is especially friendly, and gets along really well people and other dogs. He is active and spirited, but still a pleasant house dog.

We’ve now tested Uno at every level with the VHDF: Most recently, he ran the very demanding Performance Evaluation, scoring a "Good" 175. He also scored a"Very Good" 177 points in AHAE in 2008, and a "Very Good" 63 points in HAE in 2007. Uno is an approved sire, and has sired one litter at Aspen Ridge Kennel in Oregon. Uno is an enthusiastic and driven hunter. His search and use of nose are both exceptional, and his drive and determination never falter - even during long, hard days. Uno’s pointing is intense and solid. His water work is truly wonderful to watch - he explodes on water entries and will search a pond tirelessly for game.

Uno is lean, muscular, and built to run. He is more lightly built than some other males, but he’s still a nicely put together dog.
